2022. Count Energy Distribution had outgrown their existing space, and were looking for the next level- a welcoming space to grow, socialise and prosper. Working alongside an established design consultancy, RAW were able to build to the clients' requirements, creating a stunning space for 'Work Hard, Play Hard' 

Ground floor is all about creating a social vibe, community and play, with an expansive kitchen island, comfortable sofa area and pool table.

Employee Wellbeing is priority, with sit-stand desking throughout, access to sunlight, air purification with plenty of biophilia, and promotion of movement by having an amazing kitchen to frequently use on ground floor. For pure mindfulness, there is a meditation/ prayer room complete with massage chair, bean bags and floor mats.

Multiple work environments feature in this space; sit-stand desking throughout, meeting booths for focus tasks and private meetings, and an agile boardroom with moveable wall, to subdivide when needed.

The design highlighted great attention to detail such as textured wall paneling, sumptuous carpets, brick feature walls and pendant lighting, with biophilia and moss wall throughout. 

​

The resulting space creates a warm high-end 'homely' welcome and a contemporary work environment for CED to settle into.
