Resource At Work Ltd, RAW ("us", "we", or "our") Resource At Work Ltd, 2nd floor, One Broadgate Circle, EC2M 2QS, operates the www.resourceatwork.com website and Resource At Work social media pages (the "Service")

We are the Controller, meaning we are the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.

We use your data to provide and improve the Service, to improve the experience and services we provide as a company you have during engagement with us. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, accessible from www.resourceatwork.com

Resource At Work will notify you in the form of a link at the bottom of our email in regards to serving a privacy notice which therefore informs you of the date and time that we may start collecting data from you regarding business. This specifies the date and time that we have engaged in written conversation about our Services, which may require collection of personal information in order for us to continue engagement and to specify what Services you require.

Usage Data

We may also collect information how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

User Access Request

According to GDPR legislation, by submitting a User Access Request (UAR), also known as a Subject Access Request (or SAR), we will provide the following information free of charge:

  • What personal information pertaining to the user is being processed

  • Why this information is being processed

  • Who has access to this personal information about the user

  • How this personal information is being used in automated decisions

  • What processes are using this information

 

If you submit a User Access Request or SAR, we will provide the relevant information within 30 days and include a copy of the personal information. You can submit a UAR or SAR using the contact details under ‘contact us’ heading found at the bottom of this policy.

Service Providers

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analysing how our Service is used. In the Service Providers case, ‘Third party’ refers to individuals, sub-contractors, contractors and outsourced companies and suppliers which provide services to us.  In the Service Providers case, ‘Third party’ Analysing may include companies or organisations or individuals who aid us in improving our Service through marketing and advertising.

These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated nor authorised by us not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

Social Media

Our Service contains links to outsourced social media websites and pages within. We may make reference to any works/ collaborations/ projects with third party contractors and clients in order to generate interest, new business, SEO and footfall. This will be done discretely and will not disclose any sensitive data and information. By clicking on the ‘Privacy Policy’ you have agreed to allow use of the described above for our marketing purposes.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children").

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "effective date" at the top of this Privacy Policy.

We have done our very best to ensure this document and therefore our practices are compliant with GDPR as of May 2018, any discrepancy from the GDPR compliance is not intentional and we will review and amend the document and our processes periodically
