2018. A project with client in residence. Client requested a Design and Build style office churn.

RAW managed the project outside of working hours to minimise disruption, ensuring the space is ready for operations on Monday morning. Phase to phase planning was paramount to achieve this; Construction of partition walls and removal of others to remodel and open up an originally caged office space. A freshly fitted kitchen, additional tea point on ground floor and a newly fitted out conference room, completed with graphics on walls really finished the space off.

Thanks to the client for being so flexible during this period, inevitably a hard project to coordinate, but delivered on time and with minimum disruption.
