2019. Continuing our strong relationship with this client, we embarked on a true Turn-Key package, delivering this beautiful new space for a FTSE 250 corporate.

Our full suite of services was implemented on this project;

- Existing office occupation/ utilisation survey

- 'Test-fit' and space planning

- Complete design & build

- Furniture package

- Relocation

- Old office disposal/ dilaps.

This allowed RAW full operational control and great flexibility on client demand, whilst providing a single point of contact for the client: making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

​​

The resulting space is bathed in natural light & tactile surfaces, accented with beautiful bespoke joinery and green wall features throughout. Nestling amongst the open plan workstations are 'focus' review/ pod areas with total media connectivity enabling a flexible work environment. An increase in social space enables an important breakout/ time-out zones, encouraging cultural change and movement away from the traditional desk positions.

This new regional office represents the most contemporary and up-to-date office in the group and has made a huge impact on employee wellbeing; they were ecstatic to occupy and settle into a dynamic space built bespoke to them, hugely motivated by the change and new environment. This space will surely attract the best talent for years to come.
